Refuting a doubt of those who defend Daesh (ISIS)
Question:
"He says: "When we warn some of our sons and youth from the group Daesh (ISIS), the Khawarij, they say that their deeds are jihad (striving) in the way of Allah." He also mentions: "And we saw them in some videos handing out the Book Of Tawheed and that they establish the Hudud (ordained punishment for violating Allah's Law), order the women with the wearing of the hijab and destroy the graves. So how do we refute this doubt?"
Answer:
"We refute this doubt by looking, when it comes to the group Daesh (ISIS) or other than it, at their methodology and that they have to follow what the Jama'ah (body) of the Muslims are upon and that they don't oppose them and don't revolt against the Muslim rulers. They should not revolt against the Muslim rulers but rather be with the Jama'ah of the Muslims. The Hand of Allah is over the Jama'ah. And they should not form for themselves a unit or separate group. Yes."

يقول: حينما نناصح بعض أبنائنا وشبابنا من تنظيم داعش الخارجي يقولون إن أعمالهم جهاد في سبيل الله. قال: ورأيناهم ينشرون في بعض المقاطع كتاب التوحيد وأنهم يقيمون الحدود و يلزمون النساء بالحجاب ويهدمون الأضرحة. فكيف نرد على هذه الشبهة؟
الجواب: نرد على هذه الشبهة بأن جماعة داعش أو غيرها ينظر في منهجها. وأنها تسير على ما عليه جماعة المسلمين ولا تخالفهم ولا تخرج على ولاة الأمور. ما تخرج على ولاة الأمور. وإنما تكون مع جماعة المسلمين. يدالله على الجماعة. ولا يكونون لهم وحدة وجماعة منفردة. نعم
