Daesh and the others who stray away, are hypocrites and from the party of the Shaytān!
The group Daesh (IS/ISIL/ISIS) and other than them; whoever strays away from the straight path is consequently from the party of the Shaytān (Satan), whether (if they are) from the Khawārij or from other than them from the callers to misguidance, and they are not resisted except with beneficial knowledge. These are from the people about whom Allāh has said:
{Strive hard against the disbelievers and the hypocrites} [Sūrah At-Tawbah 9:73 & Sūrah At-Tahrīm 66:9]
These people (considering the aforementioned Āyah) are within the ranks of the hypocrites, because they claim to be upon Islām, and they practice some of the religious rituals, they are nevertheless callers to misguidance, and they are not resisted except with beneficial knowledge and by refuting their misconceptions and their falsehood.
