Questioner: “Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan?”
Shaykh: “Yes.”
Questioner: “I have a question, if you would allow me?”
Shaykh: “Yes.”
Questioner: “Here in Europe, the time of Salaat al-Ishaa is very late, up to 12 o’clock in the night. Are we allowed to combine the prayers on the time of Maghrib?”
Shaykh: “No, the prayers need to be established on (their prescribed) time.”
Questioner: “Okay, barakallah feekum. Wasallamu 'alaykum.”
