Basic principles of the Salafi Dawah

The first principle: Placing great importance and concern on seeking Islamic knowledge and gaining understanding of the religion.

The second principle: Exercising great effort in implementing Islam practically.

The third principle: Inviting to Allāh, Exalted is He, with knowledge.

The fourth principle: Placing great importance on the creed of the Salaf (pious predecessors) as far as studying, implementation and teaching is concerned.

The fifth principle: Placing great importance on the Prophetic Sunnah, making efforts to act according to it and inviting to that.

The sixth principle: Having a strong connection to the scholars of the Sunnah.

The seventh principle: Staying away from the secret Islamic factions and groups.

The eighth principle: That we stick to what the Book (of Allāh) and the Sunnah allude to, and what the Salaf (pious predecessors) of this Ummah have agreed upon, regarding how to deal with our leaders and rulers.

The ninth principle: To abandon the people of innovations and warn against them.

The tenth principle: That we stick to the Book (of Allāh) and the Sunnah (of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) in all our affairs and circumstances.
