Answer:
"This is Naseehah (advice) my brother, this is from the aspect of advice, it’s not from perspective of Jarh wa Ta’deel. Jarh wa Ta’deel is specific to the science of the chains of narration, regarding the men in the chains of narration, this is Jarh wa Ta’deel. Understanding who is the Haafidh (memorized 100,000 ahadeeth), Mutqin (strong in his narration), from the Nisyaan (forgetful), or one who has Tasaahul (leniency) in order to preserve the Hadeeth, in order to preserve the Hadeeth. As for clarifying that so-and-so has mistakes or… The first thing is that it’s obligatory to advise him, if he does not accept and persists, then you warm from him, warn from him. And this is not from the perspective of Jarh wa Ta’deel, this is from Naseehah (sincere advice)."
